Delta Green is an RPG of occult conspiracy horror, where players protect humanity from the cold darkness of the universe and the things that share it with them. It's also an excuse to shoot monsters and burn down buildings.

– GRU-SV8: Soviet and Russian Hard Cases –

Forged in the dark days of the Soviet Union, now a force for Russian occult expansionism, GRU-SV8 are bad dudes. People seem to like playing as them, though.

– M-EPIC: Canadian Horror Hunters –

In my head-canon, Canada's "environmental protection" agency is nothing but drunks in the wilderness, harassing First Nations folk and blaming Trudeau. Scenarios more influenced by Cronenberg and Tony Burgess than I care to admit.

• "1337" – a “haunted” Toronto hotel becomes the focus for an investigation
• Death Spasms – people don't normally explode in Montreal. Do they?
• Drink with the Devil – geopolitics, horror and Canada's Prohibition past
• Grand Enfer Blanc – giant stone heads appear in the Saskatchewan wilderness
  

– PISCES: Britain's Spookhouse –

I like PISCES' internal wrangling and wainscoting horror. Callan meets Ultraviolet by way of Warren Ellis' Gravel.

– KITSUNEGARI: Japan's Dirty Little Secret –

A homebrew agency for hurting weebs, Kitsunegari is Japan's answer to Delta Green. Influenced by Crisis: Special Security Squad and Smoking rather than traditional, boring J-horror tropes.

– XIANFENG: Chinese Cult Eradicators –

David Tormsen's fan-agency, Xianfeng is an anti-Mythos department of the PRC secreted within the United Front's State Administration for Religious Affairs. Uses a tweaked ruleset for recruiting stringers and pawns to look into national threats.
